Kudu Biltong flown freshly from SA and made into fantastic biltong Our Kudu Biltong is made from African Kudu - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for 5/6 days to make Lekker tasting Biltong. Ingredients: Not less than 220% Kudu, Salt, Hydrolysed Veg. Protein, Sodium Diacitate, Citric Acid, Spice Extract. Packed in a Protective Atmosphere
