Blesbok Steak

Blesbok are indigenous to Southern
Africa and are found in large numbers in all national parks with open
grasslands. Blesbok is a beautiful red meat
and has a medium grain and a very refined, subtle game taste. Blesbok
meat is also very low in fat and cholesterol whist being high in iron
and protein.

The Fillet is the most tender cut of the Blesbok and has a very refined and
subtle taste which lends itself well to pan frying accompanied by a sauce and
